Omni Fiber LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Connellsville region. The role focuses on door-to-door engagement and in-home consultations to sell high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth in the communities we serve. The position offers a base salary of $42k with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a strong total compensation potential.

Qualificações

• Quota-driven sales mindset required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with the confidence to engage customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) and the ability to use a personal vehicle.

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
