Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Mansfield region to drive home connections to high-speed internet, voice, and TV services. You’ll own your territory, conduct face-to-face engagements, and close deals through in-home presentations.

The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and a strong bonus structure, with a clear path to six-figure earnings through performance. Local travel within the Ashland area is expected.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales mindset required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as per state requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor in customer interactions.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones) for demos and sales.
• Use of personal vehicle; reimbursements at IRS rate for miles within/exit territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home presentations.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in assigned territory.
