Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Lufkin is seeking results-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will run appointments, visit customer locations, analyze needs, and present detailed proposals to close sales.

In this role you will manage follow-ups, maintain relationships, and strive to exceed sales targets. A strong work ethic, excellent communication, and reliable transportation are required to succeed in our expanding Texas operation.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and target driven.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Must have Valid Driver's License, good driving record, pass a background check, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Process orders and provide required documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and take leads as needed.
• Follow up on older leads as tracked in the company system.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule.
• Report to HQ throughout the week as needed.
