Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for Facility Services in Renton, WA. You will drive outside sales, prospect and qualify leads, and close deals using industry-leading products and a structured training program.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering solutions, and achieving quotas through cold-calling, demonstrations, and negotiations. A base salary plus commission, car package, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Use CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Present facility services solutions and manage negotiations from qualification to close.
• Participate in the Cintas Sales Training Program and apply learned techniques.
