Cintas Corporation, Franklin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sales Representative for our Outside Sales team to provide facility services solutions to customers. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using our CRM to close new business and meet weekly sales goals.

The role offers a base salary with monthly commissions and a quarterly bonus, plus extensive car package, hands-on training, and regular recognition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use CRM to identify and close new business.
• Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Conduct in-person sales and product demonstrations.
• Handle negotiations and objection-handling.
