Job summary

Cintas is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Vista, CA to grow our B2B facility services solutions. You will prospect, present, and close new business in your assigned territory while leveraging our CRM and support from a national sales organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet browsing, and a contact‑management system.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar B2B role.
• Prior experience selling to new businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory.
• Use Cintas' CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and maintain accurate account records.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales.
