Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to provide facility services solutions to business customers. You will prospect, develop and qualify leads, use our CRM to close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.

The role includes a base salary plus commissions, a monthly car package, hands-on training, and ongoing recognition. Prior sales experience is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred; prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Present solutions and manage negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and drive revenue.
