Job summary

Senske is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Euless, TX to grow our residential and commercial client base. You will meet with homeowners and businesses, present service options, and drive revenue through field visits and outreach.

You’ll promote Senske programs, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and leverage our AI-powered Siro tool to focus on relationships and closing deals. A competitive benefits package supports growth and success.

Qualifications

Outside sales experience preferred (lawn care, horticulture, or pest control a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
Must be 21+ by hire date.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers in person to assess property needs and present service options.
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and community outreach.
Promote and sell Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Build relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and help retain accounts.
Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in CRM.
