Job summary

XL Parts is seeking a driven sales representative in Georgia to conduct active visits with new and existing customers, demonstrate products, explain promotions, and pursue stocking opportunities. You will sign up new accounts, grow sales, implement promotions, and document all calls in our CRM.

Requirements include 2+ years of B2B sales, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales visits for new and existing customers – demonstrate products and explain promotions.
• Work with store/operations personnel to improve service and resolve client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
• Implement and support company promotions.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate with their schedules.
• Complete a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings daily.
• Document all sales calls in the CRM during or after each visit.
• Evaluate frequency of client calls and establish preset appointments.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.

• Work cooperatively with store/operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues.
• Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
• Implement and support the company’s sales promotions.
• Schedule appointments with clients and work with their schedules.
• Complete a minimum of 15 sales meetings with clients in person every day.
• Fully document all sales calls in our industry-leading CRM during or immediately after each visit.
• Evaluate the frequency of client sales calls and establish a consistent pre-set appointment.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license and insurance
• Must have your vehicle.
• Always maintain a professional appearance

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements:

A typical day includes driving with frequent stops and utilizing an iPad for Call Reports. To perform the duties of this job the employee must have a clean driving record.
