Job summary

Stone Warehouse Naples is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote Granite and Quartz products to fabricators, builders, retailers, and contractors. You will build and maintain positive relationships, achieve sales targets, and develop new business.

The role requires proven outside sales experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and ability to work Saturdays; base salary starting at $50K plus commissions, with benefits including health, vision, PTO, life, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• Availability to work Saturdays 9am–2pm.

Responsibilities

• Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors).
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
• Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials. We are also an exclusive distributor for Lapitec, a sintered stone is a matrix of minerals heated (sintered) to form a solid impenetrable mass. Our slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 17 yrs.

We also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop.

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Rep. in Naples, florida area to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Tampa team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative is a must; prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays 9am – 2pm.
