Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience, pump knowledge, and CRM skills; bachelor's degree preferred. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset and ability to manage multiple prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Commercial pump knowledge is a MUST.
• CRM experience in business development or sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze growth areas within the boiler industry and new market segments.
• Develop market entry strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Maintain CRM records with regular updates.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and forecasts for management.
• Upsell and cross-sell Willbanks solutions in assigned regions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams.
