Job summary

Western States Envelope and Label Company seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Western MI/Greater Grand Rapids area. You will develop client relationships, present solutions, and expand market presence while traveling within the territory.

The role includes a six-month training program at our Milwaukee HQ, after which you transition to a base salary plus commission with uncapped earnings potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Six-month training period with relocation to Milwaukee, WI.
• Must be willing to travel almost daily within your territory.
• Valid US driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with production facilities to ensure order fulfillment.
