Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to partner with local business owners within an assigned territory. This role blends consultative selling with relationship management and ongoing client support as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently within established systems.
• Effective time management and organization.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
• Identify client needs and recommend supplemental coverage options
• Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims questions
• Maintain records using company CRM systems
• Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals
• Track and report daily and weekly activity
