Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative in Fort Wayne, IN to grow our customer base with B2B facility services solutions. You will prospect, develop, and close new business while leveraging a comprehensive training program and a generous rewards system.

You will use a CRM to track leads, meet weekly quotas, and participate in a car allowance program with benefits and career growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory and consistently meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Utilize our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and manage customer relationships.
• Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program: cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
