Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads in your territory, using our CRM to close new business and consistently hit weekly sales goals and quotas. The role includes hands-on training and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
• Meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Participate in Cintas Sales Training Program and apply earned skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
