Job summary

Doyle Security Systems is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Buffalo, NY to design and sell customized security solutions. You will build your own pipeline, meet homeowners and businesses, present proposals, and guide customers from first contact to installation.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven mindset - you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
• Consistent follow up and ability to move deals forward.
• Interest in security system industry (training provided).
• Familiarity with the Buffalo market is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting and company-provided leads.
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to design and sell security solutions.
• Present proposals and close new system sales and upgrades.
• Guide customers through the process from first conversation to installation.
• Follow up to ensure a strong customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and activity tracking.
