Doyle Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Buffalo, NY to design and sell customized security and life safety solutions for homeowners and businesses.

This full-time role offers uncapped commission, strong earning potential, and a collaborative culture. You will build a personal pipeline, meet clients, present proposals, and guide installations from first contact to completion.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of outside sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
• Consistent follow up and ability to move deals forward.
• Interest in security system industry (training provided).
• Familiarity with the Buffalo market is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting and company-provided leads
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to design and sell security solutions
• Present proposals and close new system sales and upgrades
• Guide customers through the process from first conversation to installation
• Follow up to ensure a strong customer experience and long‑term satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and activity tracking
