Townsquare Media Group in Boise is seeking a Sales Internship to kick-start your career in advertising and digital marketing. You will join our Boise sales team and gain hands-on experience across prospecting, needs analysis, and appointment setting.

This in-office, full-time internship offers coaching from seasoned Account Executives and exposure to broadcast, digital, and event sponsorship solutions to help local businesses grow.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a college degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in exploring a career in sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence starting conversations and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
• Coachable mindset and desire to learn.
• Strong work ethic, organization, and follow-through.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Interest in media, digital marketing, advertising, or local business is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research prospective local businesses.
• Prospecting skills through phone, email, and other outreach.
• Qualify potential clients and identify strong sales opportunities.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand a business, its goals, and its marketing challenges.
• Communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
• Secure appointments and create opportunities for the sales team.
• Shadow Account Executives throughout different stages of the sales process.
• Gain exposure to client meetings, sales presentations, and marketing strategy.
• Develop understanding of broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorship solutions.
• Learn pipeline management, sales activity, and performance goals.
