Knox Financial Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow life insurance product sales. You will build client relationships, identify needs, and present tailored solutions while working independently.

The role includes prospecting, meetings, follow-ups, and reporting. Travel within the territory is required; a licensed life agent is preferred and training is provided along with strong commission and bonuses.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
