Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Los Angeles/Orange County, CA area.

You will identify and win new business within Air Products' micro-bulk offerings, build pricing strategies, and craft commercial proposals in collaboration with engineers to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes field prospecting four days a week, strong communication, and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong technical aptitude.
• 2–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target prospects, communicating both commercial and technical proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, contracts, and commercial proposals to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to craft technical proposals and ensure solution meets customer needs.
• The rep is encouraged to prospect for potential customers in the field, 4 days per week.
