Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in California to build a high-quality new business pipeline, sign new customers, and expand existing accounts.

You will partner with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical/Operations, and Engineering to execute territory plans and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. The role requires 3+ years of B2B sales, a STEM degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred).
• 3+ years B2B sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and your own vehicle.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management; self-starter with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business Pipeline - Win (Sign New Business).
• Build and manage a robust prospecting engine across stages and segments.
• Lead territory planning with ICPs, target lists, routes and activity cadences.
• Run full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, pricing, negotiation and close.
