Job summary

Air Products is hiring an outside sales representative to cover Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, & Kern County in California. You will build and convert a high-quality new business pipeline, sign new customers, retain and expand accounts, and grow market share and profitability within an assigned territory.

This is an individual contributor role partnering with Marketing, CS, Technical/Operations, and Engineering. Travel in territory is about 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business Pipeline and win new logos.
• Run territory planning with ICPs, targets, routes, cadences.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close, with value-based pricing.
• Prepare business cases and terms aligned to margin and risk.
• Retain and grow existing customers; conduct QBRs and track adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, Operations, and Engineering.
