Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Michigan to meet homeowners, assess needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions. You will travel within Livonia, Westland, Detroit, and Ann Arbor to inspect properties and present tailored options.

The role offers uncapped commissions with training pay and a clear career path. A company vehicle may be available, and you will join a renowned leader in home services with extensive support and leads.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred or not required.
• Experience in commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and propose solution options with quotes.
• Close sales with customers in their homes and follow up on projects.
• Maintain relationships and manage your sales pipeline with regular branch meetings.
