Hughes Exterminators, Inc. is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator who loves being out and about and meeting new people.

You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options, perform home evaluations (including attics/crawl spaces), and use our sales process to offer services and secure new customers. The role is field-based with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package, including time off and health coverage.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass/state licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and crawl spaces.
• Customer service experience expected.
• Proven sales ability expected.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and network with residential customers to develop new business.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including attic crawlspaces as needed.
• Use sales process to offer services and close deals.
• Maintain appointments, follow up promptly, and build rapport.
