Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Alabama is hiring an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to grow our residential pest control services. You will meet with prospective clients, survey properties, estimate needs, and present solutions with integrity.

A company vehicle is provided and you will follow our proven sales process to close deals. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, including crawl-space

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass/state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl in spaces.
• Customer service experience and sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and develop prospective business.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including attic and crawl spaces.
• Use the sales process to offer solutions and close deals.
