Job summary

Hoffman's Exterminating in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator. You will meet clients, survey homes, estimate pest control options, and build long-term customer relationships while promoting Hoffman's Exterminating services.

Role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass licensing exams, and 40-hour work weeks. The position includes a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven Sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day.
• Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
• Build a strong rapport with residential customers.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawl spaces and attics as needed.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits honestly and clearly.
• Achieve success by gaining new inspections and customers for Hoffman's Exterminating.
