Job summary

Hughes Exterminators is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to join our team in Florida. You will meet with residential clients, survey homes, estimate needs, and present pest control solutions.

A valid driver's license and a proven sales record are essential, with the role requiring 40 hours per week. The position offers a company vehicle and a robust benefits package, including health and retirement plans, to support a successful sales career in a multi-state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven Sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residential customers to survey and estimate pest control needs.
• Counsel clients on available services and close sales.
• Perform home evaluations including inspections in attics or crawl spaces as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate new business.
