Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; bachelor’s degree is optional.
• 2–4 years of pest control sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; MVR check required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and annual follow-up visits.
• Document sales activity in the CRM system.
