Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to join our growing team in California. This role offers 100% commission with massive earning potential and 100% company-generated leads—no cold calling.

You will visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, build relationships, present product solutions, and guide customers through the home improvement journey with our proven process and tools. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
