Renewal by Andersen is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to join its team. This role features 100% company-generated leads with no cold calling and a clear path to six-figure earnings through commissions.

You will visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments across central California territories such as Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo, build rapport, present product solutions, and close deals using our proven sales process and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities
