Renewal by Andersen in California is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to join a powerhouse brand. You will visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and close deals using our proven sales process, sample kits, and technology.

This role is 100% commission with massive earning potential, backed by company-generated leads, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities
