Renewal by Andersen of Central CA is seeking high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to join our team. The role offers a lucrative, 100% commission structure with 100% company-generated leads and pre-qualified appointments across Fresno, Bakersfield, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo markets.

Visit homeowners, build rapport, present solutions, and close deals using our proven sales process. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are strong within a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Track record of closing sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsabilités

  • Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments
  • Build rapport, understand their needs, and present product solutions
  • Learn the home improvement construction industry
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Use our proven sales process, sample kits, and tech to help close deals
  • Represent a brand homeowners already know and trust
