Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to work with homeowners in the Greater St. Louis area, providing property inspections and restoration solutions from the first appointment through project completion.

This full-time role offers paid training, uncapped commission with weekly pay, and strong earning potential ($50,000–$200,000+ annually) with a base of field work and local travel from the Bridgeton office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
