Chicago Glass and Mirror is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base among builders and contractors. You will present our unique hardware system and coordinate with field teams to deliver reliable service from our in-house manufacturing facility.

As a motivated salesperson, you will prospect, estimate, and close deals, leveraging our laser measurement capabilities and quick two-week installation. This role offers commissions and growth within a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of glass and mirror products is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect through cold calling to connect with builders and contractors.
• Present our hardware system and benefits of partnering with Chicago Glass and Mirror.
• Assess contractor needs and provide professional estimates.
• Follow up with potential clients to secure business and build relationships.
• Collaborate with field engineering to ensure precise laser measurements for projects.
• Work with the Project Manager to fulfill projects to completion.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
