Job summary

Crystal Glass & Mirror Corp in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of custom glass and mirror products to both B2C and B2B clients, leveraging in-house fabrication capabilities and an established database. You will develop new business through outbound outreach and manage ongoing client relationships in a fast-paced showroom environment.

The role offers competitive base pay, monthly showroom appointments bonus, and uncapped commissions with strong year-one OTE

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with CRM tools; HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell custom glass and mirror products to B2C clients (mirrors, table tops, shower glass, back-painted glass, and cut-to-size).
• Develop and grow B2B accounts (glass companies, furniture manufacturers, cabinet shops, contractors, interior designers).
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate new business.
• Lead client interactions in the Brooklyn showroom for glass partitions and future sales growth.
• Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close deals; build product knowledge across glass types and fabrication capabilities.
