Performance Food Group oversees a broadline distribution network and seeks an outside sales professional in Bend, Oregon to manage independent accounts and win new business. You will own end-to-end relationships and drive growth through strategic account development.

The role offers a starting base salary of $85,000 plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonus, and annual bonus incentives, with a culture focused on collaboration and performance.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role selling to independent accounts and expanding existing relationships
• 2+ years working experience in competitive sales in foodservice industry preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant GM is ideal

Responsibilities

• Generates additional business through analyzing territory and customers and presenting products
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals
• Sets up new customer accounts, coordinates deliveries and credit authorization
• Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves issues with internal teams
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration
• Monitors pricing trends to maintain competitive pricing
• Performs other related duties as assigned
