You will schedule discovery meetings, manage a dynamic pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with a supportive team. A Health & Life license is expected or obtained within 90 days, with reimbursement for fees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify local businesses, connect with the community, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Lead tailored benefits presentations for business owners and employee groups.
• Respond promptly to calls and emails, manage renewals, and assist clients through claims.
• Log interactions, manage tasks, and measure progress in Salesforce.
• Join weekly strategy sessions to share best practices and celebrate wins.
• Build a schedule that fits the businesses you serve—early mornings, late afternoons, or midday visits.
