Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative to sell Test & Inspection and monitoring services to both current and new clients. The Outside Sales Representative will grow sales by building and maintaining relationships, identifying prospective customers, following up on leads, and expanding territory.

The role emphasizes new business generation, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and perseverance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales / customer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Focused on new business generation and territory development.
• Prospecting, cold outreach, networking to grow the client base.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers for Test & Inspect and Monitoring services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
