Cintas Corporation in Stockton, CA invites a motivated Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. You will prospect, develop, and close B2B opportunities, using our CRM to manage leads and achieve regular sales quotas in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on product demonstrations, negotiations, and ongoing training through the Cintas Sales Training Program, with a path for career advancement and recognition across the organization.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.

• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
