Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales in construction or ready mix concrete industry.
• Ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify untapped opportunities and grow customer base.
• Understand customer needs and guide project planning with expertise.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from introduction to close.
• Listen empathetically and craft value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and QC.
• Represent SRM Concrete at events and in the community.
