Job summary

All Dry Services of Connecticut seeks a motivated Commercial Account Executive for Fairfield County and bordering New Haven County communities. You will build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and contractors, driving repeat business and referrals to grow a robust pipeline.

The role offers a $70,000–$80,000 base salary plus a 4% commission, aiming at $95,000+ first-year OTE, plus a company vehicle and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience.
• Comfortable walking in cold and starting a conversation.
• Thinks in terms of account value and repeat business, not just close.
• Organized and consistent about follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Walking into businesses and introducing yourself to decision-makers.
• Sitting down face-to-face with property managers, adjusters, and contractors.
• Running discovery conversations to understand how each partner handles losses.
• Following up with prospects and active partners on a steady schedule.
• Tracking every opportunity in CRM.
• Handing off to operations when a referral becomes an active project.
