Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our Southern Connecticut presence. You will be in the field, meeting decision-makers, inspecting properties, and delivering tailored pest-control solutions that drive revenue.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, a company vehicle, and real growth opportunities in a growing family-owned company. OTE $60k–$110k+ depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Outside Sales experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in the field.
• Driven by performance, growth, and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs.
• Build customized solutions (not one-size-fits-all sales).
• Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
• Manage proposals, pricing, and follow-ups.
• Build long-term client relationships— not just quick wins.
