Job summary

Willbanks Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales professional to drive revenue in the Texas market. You will cultivate new business opportunities, develop market entry plans, and work with Sales and Operations to deliver innovative solutions and higher value offerings.

The role emphasizes prospecting, customer presentations, and maintaining relationships to expand Willbanks’ presence in the boiler service sector. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Three to five years of sales experience in related industry preferred.
• CRM experience and strong prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in boiler, HVAC, or related markets.
• Develop market entry strategies and action plans for new markets.
• Maintain weekly prospecting activity to generate new opportunities.
• Update and manage customer data and opportunities in the CRM.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and proposals.
• Drive account acquisition and revenue growth in assigned region.
