Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Business development or sales experience in boiler/HVAC/plumbing a plus.
• CRM experience.
• Knowledge of general mechanical concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by cultivating and building new business opportunities.
• Develop market entry strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Ensure sufficient prospecting calls weekly to identify opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with updates and accurate records.
• Upsell and cross-sell Willbanks’ solution portfolio within assigned region.
• Represent Willbanks at trade shows and professional meetings.
