• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Selling adhesives, tapes, sealants, labels, abrasives, or engineered solutions.
• Exposure to VMI, vending, or programmatic supply chain solutions.
• Strong new business development + ability to expand existing accounts.
• Experience getting products specified is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
