Job summary

The Assurance Group in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring outside sales representatives for an in-person role. Fresh leads are provided, with a large carrier lineup through our National Marketing Organization, and earnings are uncapped with weekly pay.

No experience is required as we train and support you in real time; you can set your own hours once licensed and meeting clients in person. A reliable vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
