The Assurance Group is actively hiring for an Outside Sales role in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position involves meeting clients in person to present life, health, and fixed index annuities, using provided fresh leads, and building a client base with uncapped earnings potential.

No experience is required, training is provided, and you can set and manage your own hours while receiving ongoing support from a friendly sales community. A reliable vehicle is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License.
• Must have reliable transportation to meet clients in person.

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries.
