The Assurance Group in Greensboro, NC is recruiting for an Outside Sales role where leads are provided and earnings are uncapped. This in-person position requires meeting clients face-to-face with a reliable vehicle and a drive to build a steady sales pipeline.

New agents receive comprehensive training, real-time support, and access to a large carrier line‑up through our National Marketing Organization, plus the freedom to set their own schedule and enjoy a collaborative sales community.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
