Job summary

The Assurance Group is seeking outside sales agents in Tampa, FL. The role involves meeting clients in person, with fresh leads provided by the company and a large carrier lineup through our National Marketing Organization.

No experience is required, and training is provided, with a focus on uncapped earnings and flexible hours. Ideal candidates come from diverse backgrounds and are willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
