The Assurance Group is hiring for an Outside Sales role in Shreveport, LA. This in-person position requires meeting clients in person, driving your own vehicle, and using fresh company leads. Training is provided, and sales earnings are uncapped with a flexible schedule.

No prior insurance experience is required; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide thorough onboarding and ongoing real-time support.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process).
• Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person).

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.

Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, often we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers asbartenders,servers,teachers,healthcare workers, and even formermilitaryand training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).

Please note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required.
